We've come here for a few years for dim sum, so this review is long overdue! It's a small hole-in-the-wall dim sum shop where we usually take our food to go. The lady behind the counter is quick and efficient, but it helps to speak Cantonese, though I've heard them speak English too. We've had their pork and shrimp dumplings, egg custard tarts, rice rolls, sticky rice with chicken, steamed buns, steamed beef balls, Malaysian sponge cake, fried sesame balls, and sticky rice coconut balls, etc. Everything here is pretty good! Recently, I bought egg tarts and they were delicious! The crust was so flakey and the lightly sweetened custard was silky soft. Honestly, some of these popular bakeries overcharge and are overrated! Wing Sing gives some excellent offerings for less. You may get carried away ordering tons of food, but you'll have yummy leftovers for days!!

This is your typical Chinatown hole-in-the-wall place for dim sum to go...and we love it! They specialize in steamed items so don't go here looking for egg tarts or anything like that. Some of our favorites are the Chinese sausage bun and the 'dai bao' literally the 'big bun': a monstrous steamed bun with chicken, mushrooms, and other goodies. They also have the usuals like ha gao (shrimp dumplings) and sui mai (pork) but I'm fond of their taro root dumpling which I can't find anywhere else. Pro tip: at the end of the day, they discount their dim sum, as well as their hot deli items (chow mein, spareribs, etc).

The lunch combos here are a steal! You choose fried rice or chow mein, or half and half. Choose 2 items from their steamer tray and you're golden! It's only $8.50! One of my choices was the steam tofu skin roll stuffed with pork and veggies. That was delicious! This may be my first time eating it - I only got it because the customer in front of me bought a big box of it. Figured if it's good enough for him, it's worth trying for me. my choice was braised egg plants and tofu. It had the ubiquitous brown sauce, it was sweet, it was cold, skip this. I'd come back yo try more of their offerings. Cash only

This is my go-to for combo lunch/dinner boxes. You get rice and 2 to 3 entrees. Lots of choices. I get steam spareribs, anything with bitter melon, or their beef balls. Today, I got an order of beef rice roll $4. Add bag charge or box charge. Hint of cilantro and water chestnut. Comes with sweet soy sauce, which compliments really well. They always give you a fork and napkins. Love them. Just shove yourself to the dim sum glass to order, and be known to them when ordering. Don't be shy.

They have various of options and big dimsum pieces. The price is reasonable. The service is quite difficult if you dont speak Chinese. The ladies and other Chinese seemed rushing when you tried to figure out the portion of your food. Water cup is $0.25/ cup

There is no shortage of take and go dim sum and hot food places on Stockton Street. The one that's a block south draws lines mainly for their dim sum and buns, not offering any rice plates or stir fry items. This spot is a Swiss Army knife for plate lunches where you can mix and match from their hot foods displayed at the counter, baked goods from their steamers and ovens, and their namesake dim sum. The line when there is one at the door and you slide into empty spaces along the counter as satisfied customers leave. I was here to help a friend pick up a winter favorite Cantonese dish that they provide year-round called tong yuen which literally translates to "soup balls". This is available in savory or sweet versions but the one I sought was the savory one. While packing my purchase, I saw the tofu and ground pork with gravy (https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=ZASy8XKWyrEqd5uo-X9gaA&userid=saJuyv784apZzH--psHZ3Q) and bought a small container (pint or so) to bring home. I steamed it and paired this along with some leftover rice for a weekend lunch. I added some hot chili sauce from my fridge and enjoyed this variation of ma po tofu. The lady at the counter, due to my numerous visits, recognizes me now and knows my friend's order immediately. Will be back for my friend and hopefully find something else for myself to try and enjoy.

Best take out dim sum in Chinatown. Amazing meat-to-bun ratio. Some places have all buns and not meat the the meat in this one was massive and the bun was moist and flavorful! Inexpensive good quality food. My pork buns were phenomenal.

Two words: RICE ROLL!! They have a variety to choose from and are $4 each. I've never had minced chicken rice roll before and I have to say: ITS DELICIOUS!! The rice rolls here are perfectly thin and chewy with a good amount of filling. Nom nom nom. The only problem is that I need A LOT to fill me up!! I would highly suggest you take 3 boxes of each flavor so be prepared to spend $48 yikes! I also tried their sticky rice and that seems a little more boring and dry with no salted egg yolk -- thumbs down, not worth $4.50 They do take credit card here and the ladies are nice and try to be efficient. It's a pretty small place so be prepared to take your goodies to go. Don't let the long lines at Mong Kok down the street fool you! You'll be even happier with the rice rolls here

$5 for 3 Dan Ta (egg custard) They sell sticky rice for $3 already in the clear box or $5/lb in Asian Togo box. Their paper rice dim sum with pork is really good! There are some tables to sit down in the back. And also restroom for customers.

I recently tried Wing Sing Dim Sum, and I must say their Pork Cheung Fun was a delight. The soft and tender sheets of rice noodle were filled with flavorful minced pork, creating a delicious combination of textures and tastes. As for the Egg Tart, while it wasn't as crumbly as I had hoped, it still had a decent taste (not too sweet!) Overall, I'd rate my experience a foodie-approved 4 out of 5, and I would definitely recommend giving them a try!
